#055 Bowsie

Bowsie Aka Full Funktion is Scott Curtis & Raymond o Connor. Over the last fifteen years, they have been creating their own twisted take on house and techno. Their tracks have been supported by Boxia, Wehbba, Luciano, Richie Hawtin, UMEK, Butch, Ph Filthy Rich, Sasha Carassi, Loco & Jam, Slam, Gary Beck, Joy Kitikonti, Mastiksoul, Lank, Paul van Dyk to name a few.

So far they have had releases on Flashmob / Respekt / KMS / 1605 / Traum / This is Hot / Decide / Bulletdodge / Voltaire Music / Phunk Traxx / Capsula / Baroque / Tigereye /Escapism Musique / Presences Recordings / White Label Recordings / Recovery Tech.

Full Funktion has had the pleasure of playing support for some of the greats, Marco Bailey, Slam, Gary Beck, Joel Mull, Spektre, Paul Woolford, Dave Seaman, Kaiserdisco and many more.

They have been honored to have their music remixed by Filthy Rich, Phunk Investigation, FIlterheadz, and Steve Mulder. Full Funktion's track Ducati was a collaboration with Steve Mulder which was released on Umek's 1605 and went straight to no 1 on track it down and hit the top 30 on Beatport. The release was heavily supported by 1605 head man Umek.

They have just recently released an EP on the Kevin Saunderson's KMS records and a 2 track ep on Spektre's Label Respekt Recordings not forgetting their massive release "Esperanza" on the mighty Flashmob Records. After their recent releases on Flashmob, KMS, Respekt and 1605. Things have really picked up with plays on BBC Radio 1 and Eats Everything heavily supporting a lot of their tracks around the world.
