Episode 5 - Paul Daugherty - Human + Machine + Music

The title of this episode reflects Paul’s lifelong passion for technology and the creative arts, and most significantly the common themes that exist between them. 

With over 30 years’ experience in the technology industry and as the CTO of Accenture and the Chairman of Avanade, Paul is uniquely placed to see emerging technology trends, such as AI, and help us understand the impact they will have on all of us. 

The passion and expertise Paul puts into his work is mirrored in his love of the arts and music in particular. His six song choices cover a broad and interesting span of musical styles and he uses them to talk us through his journey from rural Wisconsin, the MTV filled dorms of the University of Michigan, a 33 year career at Accenture and, along with his wife Beth, raising a family of four.
