The other day I sat down with four of the six members of the DC-based pop-rock group Sub-radio. As the composers of this podcast's theme music I felt it was only right for them to be my first guests. We discussed everything from social media assignments to time-traveling.

"We can all play instruments so we should be in a band that releases music. And those aren't the minimum standards. You should have something to say... You should make music because you want to do something with it."
