Kate Duncan

Kate Duncan is the CEO of youth music organisation The Push Inc. Leading the organisation, Kate oversees the management and strategic direction of a range of contemporary music programs, events and advocacy campaigns targeted towards young people across Australia. Prior to working at The Push, Kate spent several years in Local Government developing a range of award-winning youth music programs, as well as working for the Victorian Government Office for Youth, managing the National Youth Week grants program. Kate is a current member of the Victorian Arts Industry Council, Advisory Panel Member for Music Australia, and previous member of the ABC Advisory Council.During out chat Kate gets real about the realities of leading during lockdown – a wonderfully insightful, frank and warm piece.
