The end of the school year is basically here and we know that for many educators, the next couple of weeks can be a really challenging time. What strategies can be in place to support your mental health? Can you get more rest, do things that nourish yourself or that make you feel good? Perhaps, you might be able to implement some creative strategies or make slight modifications to your plans so that they work for a variety of groups and ages (and so you don't have to infinitely create new lesson plans!)?

Stephanie chats about these ideas and the benefits of giving ourselves the permission to be imperfect.
