This episode of the Murfreesboro.com Podcast features host John Iacceri interviewing Jason and Christin Zito. The Cook's have been "roadies" for years working with some really big name artists traveling most of year for concerts and festivals. When COVID-19 quickly shut all of that down for the foreseeable future they were forced to "pivot". Both being big "foodies" they decided to start a "pop up bakery" with a sourdough cinnamon roll as their signature treat! This ultimately led them to create "Rock N Rollz" and they have been selling out of these rolls all over the greater Nashville area.
