But the Defense Attorney is an equally essential party in our Criminal Justice System. It’s funny. When we are accused of a crime, rightly or wrongly, we want an attorney to protect our rights. But what about a serial killer? What are their rights? Do they have any? One attorney who believed a serial killer has an equal right to counsel is Jim Potts, who chronicled his moral and ethical conflict in his book “Defending a Serial Killer” and joins us now on MURDER MOST FOUL.
