MOVE began in the West Philadelphia neighborhood of Powelton Village at a time when counterculture and revolution were the norm.  Vincent Leaphart was working out his MOVE material with people who hired  him as a handyman and neighbors like a former member of The Black Panther Party named Tim Hayes.  Tim shares his first hand account of meeting Vince and watching MOVE grow into something that he says made living in Powelton Village a nightmare.
