In an alleyway in the Upper West Side of Manhattan there is a portal to realms beyond human comprehension. Of course, the dedicated detectives of the Special Victims Unit do nothing to investigate this mystery. They also neglect to investigate the sudden, shocking death of a mostly innocent man. In fact, it's not clear that there is any proper investigation going on here at all. Still, the Munch My Benson boys do their level best to reckon with this "insane fever dream of an episode." Along the way we learn about East Coast dog actors, Josh's visceral hatred for legendary filmmaker Federico Fellini, and we rag on rent-a-cops, a lot. Strap yourselves in for a wild ride as we break down Law & Order: SVU Season 7, Episode 13 "Blast."
