On this episode of Mums on Cloud Nine I am joined by two special guests to discuss the important topic of leadership skills as a Salesforce admin.

David Giller is the Founder & CEO of Brainiate – a Salesforce training and consultancy firm. He also has a weekly live YouTube show to help people develop their leadership skills as a Salesforce profesisonal.

Jodi Hrbek is a Salesforce expert with over 20 years experience as a consultant and director. She is also the author of Rock your Role as a Salesforce Admin, which you can buy now.

A Salesforce admin is not a senior leadership role, and if you’re already a Salesforce admin you probably wouldn’t consider yourself a leader. But actually what you have to do is lead and influence a team of people to adopt new technology, new processes, and new ways of working, so in many ways it is a lot like being in a leadership role.

As a Salesforce admin, you should be thinking about those qualities and skills right from the outset so that you can build effective relationships across the business.

We are going to help you do that in this episode, so that you can step into your own power.
