I found Mitchell through his Instagram account @hoopin_mitch, where I was captivated by his unique approaching to teaching basketball skills to kids. He focuses on providing the players with opportunities to create "movement solutions" that are more applicable to games, rather than the convential drills most often used by coaches. I couldv'e spent hours nerding out with him on everything basketball, and I hope to talk with him again to pick his brain some more!
