This episode barely made it to the editing table! Jay and Jess got a little sideways, said some things they wish they could take back, but they picked themselves up by their bootstraps, got it done and are moving on! This week they talk about comparisons, and how incorrect it is "to compare what we don't know about someone's lives to what we do know about our own". {That quote came from their pastor John Mckinzie at Hope Fellowship in McKinney, TX} Comparison can be the thief of all joy, and the Normans discuss what they can do to relearn healthier practices for themselves and their children.

Jess gives an update to her asthma and anxiety, and shares what the sport of running has done for both. Somewhere near the end, Jay decides to recite his favorite poem and Jess nearly passes out because just last year Jay didn't even want his picture on the inter webs. She clearly asks, "what is even happening right now?!".
