Kriss is joined by Tim (@PeoplesCritc) to review The Post. But before that we discuss our current experiences watching screeners for this year's Oscar Contenders, some films you should keep an eye out for, the beautiful artwork sent to us for Get Out and more. This is an early preview of what the Movie Trailer Reviews podcast will be providing in 2018 as we try to expand our shows beyond just reviews.

As for the review...Steven Spielberg's The Post is an easy contender for Best Picture this year. Aside from starring two heavy hitters like Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks, the films subject matter is is extremely relevant in the era of Trump. The film follows the story of how the Washington Post became a national paper thanks to the publishing of the Pentagon Papers and their fight against the Nixon White House which sought to shut them down.
