Tanzel Smart is an NFL defensive tackle who was drafted in the sixth round of the 2017 NFL Draft, who currently plays for the New York Jets. Prior to the NFL, Tanzel played college football at Tulane where during his college football career he had 183 tackles, 40.5 tackles for loss (TFLs), 9.5 sacks and 3 forced fumbles.
