Is a personal brand built on actions or results? This week pro athlete and coach Pepper Johnson shares the stories that have built his reputation and created a legacy of success. Join me and Pepper as we discuss the childhood story that sealed his identity as “Pepper” Johnson, how he created a reputation for intimidation and playing hard on the field, the coaching styles that inspired him to “earn his belts,” and what it’s like to win the Super Bowl as a coach and a player.

Pepper also explores how the business of football has changed for both athletes and coaches, as well as some key advice for coaches looking to advance their careers.
