About Mo Wells:

Mo Wells is a performance trainer who currently is the VP of Pro Sports at House of Athlete and his expertise spans across a broad spectrum of sports performance, strength and conditioning, and sports science. Mo was an athlete at LSU running Track and Field and he has a passion for sports, community service, sports science, and exercise physiology which he uses to help athletes perform at their best. Among the athletes that Mo has trained are Leonard Fournette, Jarvis Landry, Justin Jefferson, D'Andre Swift, and Ja Morant.
