A German court has ruled any car fitted with a thermal window device is deemed illegal, thus owners can sue the manufacturer unless they can prove there is no negligence on the part of the car company. In a shock move, by Nissan, their Chief Operating Officer has been forced from the company under mysterious circumstances. BYD has revealed their small, £25, 490 EV which undercuts most of the competition in terms of price. There will be a variety of battery pack and motor combinations that give a variety of ranges. Aehra Saloon

The Italian start-up Aehra, has shown us their second model, the Saloon, which will start at £160,000 and is aimed at those interested in the Porsche Taycan. Renault Rafale

Ark Zero

UK start-up Ark, has launched the Zero, which the company calls a micro-car. Aimed at the Citroën Ami market, this is a two seater EV, with a top speed of 28 mph and a maximum of 50 mile range.
