This week Carlos Ghosn resigned from both his positions at Renault and Hiroto Saikawa say he intends to step down as Nissan CEO in response. Renault appoints a new Chairman and a new CEO and President Macron thinks the Renault Chairman should be Chairman of both. The US SEC also starts investigating executive compensation reporting at Nissan in the USA.
