Kenneka Jenkins was only 19 years old, when she was found dead inside a freezer of the Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare hotel, after attending a party on September 8th, 2017. Her death was ruled an accident. In this story, we have a victim, no perp and the department that wanted to close this case by all means necessary.
