Check out my empowering interview with Colleen Campbell who is a Trainer and President/Founder of Heroes, Horses, and Hounds. Heroes, Horses, and Hounds was established in 2016 as a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to saving two lives at once, by rescuing unwanted horses and dogs to be retrained for service, and animal-assisted programs designed to give independence to people with disabilities.
Along with her partner, Jessica Mattson, Colleen developed programs that allow the person involved to gain back their self-worth and confidence and to heal themselves. She believes that animals are the greatest teacher for finding joy and fulfillment in life.
