This episode features Michellie Jones, an Australian Triathlete and winner of two ITU Triathlon World Championships, and an Olympic Silver Medal in Sydney 2000.

Michellie has an impressive triathlon career and has been training since 1992.  She is a multisport athlete at heart and enjoys running, swimming and riding horses competitively.  Since 1990 she has been making a living from triathlon.  She is a highly consistent athlete with a win tally that is reported to be over 175 across Olympic, off-road and long-distance events.  Michellie also became the first Australian woman to win a World Ironman Championship and it made her only the second Australian in history to win the event.  Oh, and by the way, she is a driven equestrian athlete and working towards Prix St. Georges in Dressage.

In this interview, you will discover what drives her to compete, how she stays so focused and what winning looks like for her.
