He is a visiting professor in MBA programs in Haiti and USA. Lesly currently serves as regional director with HOPE International, a Christ-centered organization that empowers men, women, and families to break the cycles of physical and spiritual poverty through discipleship, biblically based business training, savings services, and small loans. He lives in North Carolina with his wife and son.
