Economic Anxiety is real … and seems to be growing.  There are so many variables at play both globally and locally  think, trade issues with China, COVID 19 … Trump and lead up to the 2020 presidential election,and now in canada we have issues with good being moved with rail blockades and port disruptions.  Time to bring in the man who can give us the 411 on how things are playing out from a market or economic standpoint, host of Moneytalks, Michael Campbell joins us on the line.  Hi Michael.

A new poll from ResearchCo says a majority of BC parents are stressed by work and finance. 65% say it’s likely their children will have to move from the municipality they grew up in.

Would you ever co-own a home?  A recent Ipsos poll found that 24% of millennials are considering co-owning a home.

Have you looked around and seen issues on Vancouver streets and sidewalks falling into disrepair?  Jordan Armstrong, Global BC reporter and anchor, did a story on Granville Strip sidewalks being all but impassable.

When is it time to put down social media?

We’ve all witnessed one, if not been a part of one … a twitter storm.  The rather benign posting that suddenly turns to a crazy back and for that can sometimes leave the most innocent of posters feeling gaslit.  There are trolls, and then there are bullies.  The prior are often just out to muddy a matter …. The latter is more about tossing grenades, with little back up, and then pivoting to generalizations and whataboutism to avoid any fact-check on their “hot take”.  To talk us through a few DO’s AND DON’Ts for your social media “digital citizenship”........WE welcome Jesse Miller of Mediated Reality back to the show.
