In the United Kingdom, researchers that conducted studies into hazard testing have found that their research led to an 11% reduction in driver crash rates. Particularly for new drivers.
ICBC now is looking into similar technology for testing and driver preparedness to potentially prevent a significant amount of young driver crashes. Steve Wallace of the Wallace Driving School agrees that it is a step in the right direction.
