A new report from the Insurance Bureau of Canada shows the same driver could save hundreds of dollars on the other side of the Rockies.

The jurisdictions are similar ... but the big difference in Alberta offers more competition.

Former Treasury Board president Jane Philpott's interview with Maclean's magazine is fuelling opposition demands for more information on the SNC-Lavalin controversy.

Philpott told Maclean's that there's “much more to the story” and that she has been prevented from discussing her concerns through efforts by the Prime Minister's Office to “shut down the story.”

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau continues to dismiss calls for him to waive cabinet confidentiality and solicitor-client privilege to allow Wilson-Raybould to speak further.

9 year old Richmond girl raises money for Heart & Stroke Foundation in memory of her father

Mitchell elementary is the top online fundraiser in B.C. for Jump Rope for Heart thanks to a Grade 4 student who lost her father to heart disease. Kayla Riar was inspired to raise money for the Heart & Stroke Foundation’s school-focused program that raises awareness about healthy eating and active lifestyles after her dad passed away last year from coronary artery disease.

Kayla joins us in studio to discuss being the top fundraiser in Canada for the Heart & Stroke Foundation through the Jump Rope for Heart program. We are also joined by her mom, Anita, and Sasha Sa, the community coordinator with the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

Latest security flaw at Facebook believed to impact between 200m and 600m users

Anywhere from 200 million to 600 million users of Facebook are believed to have been impacted by a security flaw at the social network.

For years, users' passwords were stored in a text document, which could have been opened by anyone who had internal access to files - that's as many as 20,000 staff.

So we wanted to find out some advice for the spouse who feels like they have to do everything.

BC doctors to receive 8.8pc wage increase over the next three years

Doctors have secured a tentative agreement that will give them 8.8 per cent wage increase over three years. The new agreement will cost $331 million a year and goes into effect April 1.

This comes as the BC Teachers Federation and the provincial government are set to start their talks.
