A new report reveals that one in five children in BC are living WITHOUT enough money to cover their basic needs. The report commissioned by First Call BC Child and Youth Advocacy Coalition says BC's child poverty rate is 19-point-1 per cent. BC has the 8th highest child poverty rate out of all the provinces and territories.
