🔥🔥 Hot question of the day 🔥🔥

It’s @SimiSara980’s 🔥 question of the day:

Cold and flu season is with us once again! Do you take the day off from work when you have a cold?

Yes, it protects others.

No, I need to show up.

Chapter 2

Andrew Weaver to step down as leader of BC Green Party

B.C. Green Party leader, Andrew Weaver, has announced he will not seek re-election in his Oak Bay-Gordon Head riding, and is stepping down as leader of the party.

It follows a health scare a few weeks ago, where Weaver collapsed before delivering a speech in Langley.

Afterward, he was diagnosed with Labyrinthitis, an inner ear disorder that can cause vertigo, nausea, ringing in the ears, and loss of hearing.

Chapter 6

B.C. experiencing highest rates of infectious syphilis in the last 30 years

It feels like there’s never been more awareness about our human health. Whether it’s physical or emotional, we’re having more and more conversations about what we need to do to stay healthy and look after ourselves.

And yet, here in BC, we’re actually experiencing the highest rates of one infectious disease for 30 years. It’s syphilis.

Guest: Dr. Mark Gilbert

Chapter 7

Hear the federal election leaders’ debate today at 4pm on CKNW

The federal Conservatives and the Liberals are virtually tied ahead of Monday evening’s leaders’ debate.

An Ipsos poll conducted exclusively for Global News between Oct. 4 and Oct. 7 found that support for the Liberals is up one percentage point (35 per cent) and down three percentage points (34 per cent) for the Conservatives from last week.

If the election were held tomorrow, the poll also found the NDP would receive 15 per cent of the popular vote, and both the Green Party and Bloc Québécois would receive seven per cent. The People’s Party of Canada would garner two per cent of the vote.
