Raphael Samuel from Mumbai, India

Raphael is planning to sue his parents for giving birth to him without asking for his consent.

He explained on his YouTube video uploaded on Tuesday that by suing his parents, he wants other people to realize that “they are born without their consent.”

And it appears that Samuel’s mother is open about the idea of her and her husband being sued. In a Facebook post, Samuel said that his mom, Kavita Karnad Samuel, admired her son’s “temerity to want to take his parents to court knowing both of us are lawyers.”

“If Raphael could come up with a rational explanation as to how we could have sought his consent to be born, I will accept my fault,” Kavita said as per her son’s post.

Surrey resident Mark Kang saw that some people in his community needed help with shovelling their walkways, so he started a free snow removal service!

CKNW contributor Claire Allen caught up with Mark to discuss how he came up with the idea to offer free snow shovelling and the response he has received from the community.
