Skytrain union representatives have issued 72-hour strike notice to the BC Rapid Transit Company.

According to a release from CUPE 7000 bargaining talks are still in progress and the union will have an update 11am tomorrow.

That comes days after a bus and seabus strike was narrowly avoided at the 11th hour.
