Retired Supreme Court of Canada Justice Beverley McLachlin has been appointed by members of BC's legislature to lead an investigation into allegations of spending abuse by two suspended legislature administration officials.
NDP House Leader, Mike Farnworth, says McLachlin will investigate if Clerk Craig James and sergeant-at-arms Gary Lenz engaged in activities that would constitute employee misconduct.
