BC Liberals leader, Andrew Wilkinson, has been speaking to the media in the past 10 minutes or so. He says that there are three things he would like to see the government do to address the expenses scandal at the legislature.
He was asked specifically about his own MLA, Linda Reid. In a few moments we’ll be speaking to Andrew Weaver on the program - and Weaver has called for Reid to step aside as assistant deputy speaker.
Wilkinson was also asked if he accepts that the speaker, Darryl Plecas, has now been validated by the publication of his report.
