This Saturday marks 30 years since the fall of the Berlin Wall. After WWII, Germany and the city of Berlin, were split into four zones. To stop the flow of people from East Germany into the west, the East German government under the authority of the Soviet Union, began to build the Berlin Wall in the overnight hours of August 1961. Niki Reitmayer looked back on this moment in history with those who were there.
