Some countries give prisoners permission to come and go from the prison based on the severity of their crimes. On December 11th 1944 a man who would come to be known as El Brujo was born. He would go on to commit a double murder while, technically, still in prison all because, after annoying officials for a year, he was granted a permit to leave the prison. Damaso Rodriguez Martin Born (1944)
