Imagine living in terror that a serial killer is active in your area. Then imagine the relief you feel when he seems to just...disappear. Then imagine the horror when, 14 years later, he shows back up and claims more victims. That’s exactly what happened when, after his first victim on August 10th 1985, a killer would kill 8, lay dormant for 14 years, and then start back up and kill another 3.
