December 14th: Bonnie Neighbors disappeared (1972)

Sometimes it takes decades to solve a cold case. On December 14th 1972 a young mother and her son were abducted in North Carolina in a case that would take almost 50 years to solve.  A case that, though the man responsible was identified, he was never made to face judgment for his actions.
