September 10th: Jaclyn Dowaliby Dies (1988)

When all of your evidence is circumstantial, is that enough to convict a person that may, or may not, be innocent? On September 10th 1988 a young girl disappeared from her home in a case that, though there was a conviction, remains unsolved to this day. A case that was built almost solely on circumstantial evidence and may have ignored another very real potential suspect.
