Majority of the crimes we hear about or that are widely covered occur in the United States. That isn’t to say that crimes don’t happen elsewhere, we just don’t hear about them quite as much. On September 28th 1926 a serial rapist and killer was hanged to death for his crimes. And, while he murdered at least 7 and has been theorized to have raped over 100 others, not many even know his name. Sataro Fukiage Hanged (1926)
