Police officers won’t always catch their guy. It’s, as we can imagine, extremely frustrating for officials when the person they know committed a crime, gets away. But, that doesn’t mean they take upon themselves to correct the matter. On August 22nd 2012 a career criminal with and estimated 50 kills under his belt, was released from prison after serving 27 years. A man who, with the help of his fellow officers, worked to get the individuals they believed were criminals, off the street.
