Playtime That Went Too Far - July 28 2019 - Morning Cup of Murder

The saying goes “boys will be boys”. As a mother of a little boy, it’s a mantra I’ve heard over and over, though I can’t say that I agree. Boys will be rough, they will make decisions that we can’t understand, and sometimes those decisions will hurt someone. On July 28th 1999 a boy would get rough with a little girl and it would change the course of his life forever.
