Megan's Law - May 30 2019 - Morning Cup of Murder

Sometimes horrific crimes can have positive outcomes. New laws are created that protect those in the future in  hopes to prevent the same thing from happening again. And, on May 30th, the man whose crime helped to create “Megan’s Law” was finally convicted.
