A small sleepy town doesn’t seem like the kind of place to have a murder, let alone a police cover-up. On October 22nd 1999 a police officer was found dead while out on patrol in the sleepy little island just off North Carolina. A death, or murder, that many believe is part of a march larger, and much more dangerous, cover-up by police and the District Attorney.
