You may know the Atlanta Track Club best from the 2020 Olympic Marathon Trials BUT the team has been developing a dominance in the middle distance events under the coaching guidance of Amy and Andrew Begley. I had the opportunity to sit down in the Adidas house at the USA championship in this mini-episode to learn more about what magic is being developed down in Atlanta with Allie Wilson, Olivia Baker, and Yolanda Ngarambe.

Allie Wilson was a recent guest on More Than Running and I know Olivia Baker from way back when in NJ! Both Allie and Olivia competed in the 800m at USAs. Allie placed 4th in 1:58.35 and Olivia placed 5th in 1:58.63. Yolanda Ngarambe competes for Sweden and was acting as "coach" for the weekend to support her teammates.

Enjoy this short fun conversation (in-between rounds at USAs) where we get a sense of the ATL culture and some rapid-fire fun questions.
