Lauren Dieckmann is a certified mindset coach for the mom who is stuck in the loop of surviving motherhood and who is ready to start thriving in it, so that she can live her life as mom in a more peaceful, joyful way and have the strong, loving relationships she desires with her children.
After many years as a stay-at-home mom, Lauren wrestled with her own identity and what her life would look like when her youngest child started kindergarten. The internal struggle she faced during this time caused her relationship with her children to suffer as she began yelling out of frustration more and more often. Lauren enlisted a coach for herself as an avenue to help her with her internal identity crisis and quickly discovered that her crisis was actually rooted in a much more pressing matter: her relationship with her children. After experiencing immense growth and a powerful transformation for herself and her relationships with her family, Lauren committed herself to helping other moms build these same connected relationships with their children, free from yelling.
