Next Episode: BlacKkKlansman

After listening to the first episode, you probably know the sounds of our voices, but did you know about the stories of our lives? We spend this episode talking about the events that led to Steven and Sean meeting and becoming good friends.

Sean spends a large amount of time talking about his adult life. Well, mostly his 20’s when he was trying to figure out just what in the world he actually wanted to do with his life. It turned out to be film school for a long while, which he’s still grateful to because otherwise, he wouldn’t have ever met Steven.

Steven shares many similar stories about his 20’s. Does anyone ever really know what they want their lives to turn into when they’re just trying to get through school and turn themselves into a real person? Who knows. Regardless, Steven discovered that the sound department of a film is where he truly wanted to be.

And then their 30’s hit them in a spectacular fashion and they began to call into question nearly everything in their lives.

The hosts get deep into the life-changing events that completely altered the path they’d been traveling down. Fair warning, it involves the loss of some dear family members. There’s nothing that can change a life like the loss of an important one.

Steven and Sean are on a good track with their lives now and are happy with what they’re doing. The past may have had some dark moments, but the future is great to talk about.

The Art Institute

This is the school both Steven and Sean went to. They both feel it was a fine place to make some good connections but was actually a terrible school. Seriously, don’t let yourself or anyone you know go there. The place is a large-scale, for-profit scam.
