Conservationist and investigator Bea Mills appears on this episode of  "On the Shoulders of Giants- Talking Old Timers with Thomas Steenburg" to discuss the event that occurred at Salt Fork State Park in Ohio that turned her from a hard-core skeptic to joining ranks in the BFRO to do field research.  They also talk about her experiences in the field and what comes next for her and the Hocking Hills Bigfoot Conference and the newly created Hocking Hills Bigfoot Festival in Ohio.

Bea Mills is an avid outdoors woman and has worked 23 years in the medical field. She is the current president of the Hocking Hills Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalist Chapter. Bea is the founder and organizer of both the Hocking Hills Bigfoot Conference and the new Hocking Hills Bigfoot Festival.  She is an educator and promoter of conservation of our natural areas.  She has hosted both private and public expeditions and is a BFRO investigator for Ohio.  In 2019 the “Bigfoot Times Magazine” declared her the first woman “Bigfooter of the Year”.  She was also featured in an episode of “Finding Bigfoot” and owns her own company, BeaOutdoors.
