As Aristotle once noted, synergy results when “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” Working in partnership with a good financial adviser will pay you back multiple times over whatever advice fees you pay. Remember: a good financial adviser is one who tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.
Likewise, working with a cheap or bad financial adviser is a false economy - you may as well flush your money down the toilet!
In terms of your finances, have you found your Peter Taylor, who was the “ying” to Brian Clough’s “yang”? If not, it may well be time to start looking!
