Jeff Johnson is a retired Marine with over two decades of experience working with and training all manner of athletes and tactical personnel. He earned a BS in Health Promotion and Strength and Conditioning Coaching from the University of Texas at Austin and maintains several other fitness, performance, and business certifications. Jeff currently works as a Fitness Specialist for The Austin Public Safety Wellness Center where he continually works to create a comprehensive entry level physical training program for Austin Fire Department and Austin/Travis County EMS cadets. He is also working to improve the return to work process and believes the longer members are on a restricted duty status, the higher the risk they will have a negative experience that they will avoid in the future. Jeff hopes to create a more streamlined and holistic approach using an interdisciplinary team with the intentional inclusion of behavioural health professionals.

Serving others is a lifetime calling for Jeff, and he is grateful for any opportunity to do so.
