On to the next phase of grief: ANGER! When we think of anger, we tend to associate it with being vexed or upset with others. The closer we are to someone emotionally, the more anger we can feel towards them. It's also important to remember that anger can be directed towards ourselves. This is an important part of grief, allowing time for us to feel, acknowledge, and process. It's not the best place to stay sitting in for long though, as we tend to stall in this stage, not making much progress. It's exhausting!

Remember that grief is not linear and just because we talk about them in stages doesn't mean that you will go through it in any particular order. You may even skip some stages altogether, and that's ok. Join us as we share all about anger, how each of us first confronted it, and how we can find ourselves back here again.
