Goals for this Mommy Jammies Night:

Encourage you!  Your home school days really can be easier. It has already happened for our speaker who shares this gift with you.
Empowering you my explaining the importance of the NeuroDevelopmental Approach in making teaching easier. Breaking this big word down is the beginning of understanding its importance.  Neuro means having to do with the brain, and development in this case refers to the way the brain goes through all its developmental steps to gain maximum brain function for an individual.
Equip you with information that can unlock your child’s fullest learning potential. When the brain is organized and functioning properly, learning is easier, thus making teaching easier.

The Little Giant Steps Brain Coach, Dr. Jan Bedell, will help you look at your children, your teaching strategy and your curriculum in a whole new light.  The brain must be able to receive, process and store information efficiently in order to bring the needed information in through all learning channels and use that information in a well-organized manner.
