Here's a brief explainer on the KD Elite pack drop:

On Thursday, Top Shot released their first-ever packs to include certain odds on landing Common, Rare, or Legendary Moments in the same pack — rather than guaranteeing exact pack contents. During the first drop, for the KD Certified Elite packs, the Moments were not distributed evenly and randomly throughout people in the queue, with the Rare and Legendary Moments only going to the last people in the Top Shot queue.
